LIONS CRUSH COLLINSVILLE

Collinsville- Kent Jones and Rodney White scored two touchdowns apiece as the Crossville Lions rolled to an easy 54-24 triumph over Collinsville in high school football action here Friday Night.

Jones, the leading ball carrier in the game with 91 yards on three carries, had scoring runs of one and 84 yards for the Lions. White had a 12-yard TD run and a 95-yard pass interception return for a score.

Also scoring for Crossville were Jai Eason, five-yard run; Kyle Croft 11-yard run; and Gary Bouldin, 47-yard run. Eason also connected on 6 of 8 extra point tries.

The Lions used 14 different backs in the game and lead 27-0 after the first period of play. They led 41-8 at halftime.
